Business Capital Secures Expansion Capital for Sierra Foothills Winemaker

Business Capital has delivered $3 million growth financing for GoldLine Brands, Inc., a group that operates vineyards and wineries.  The Company owns a collection of wine brands, which can be found in retail and wholesale markets in the United States, as well as overseas in Europe. Ten of these were recently entered in the world’s largest wine competition and, out of a field of nearly 7,000 wines, each GoldLine wine entered medaled, including a Gold, Double-Gold, and Best-In-Class.

The Company produces all of its brands from its winery, Myka Cellars, in Diamond Springs. Two of the Myka Cellars varietals were rated 93 and 91 points by The Wine Enthusiast in their November 2016 issue; its Coast brand was given a “Best Buy.”  GoldLine Brands recently purchased 50 acres in the Pleasant Valley wine region of El Dorado for its new Rhone Wolf Vineyards and is further expanding its operations through additional tasting rooms, as well as increasing production, distribution and exports.  It is on track to become a major wine producer in El Dorado County – an up and coming wine region that will give established valley regions a challenge as an increasing number of visitors discover the unique mountain vineyards and microclimates of the Sierra foothills, the diversity and quality of wines, and more reasonable pricing.

"Ours is a young company and Business Capital was instrumental in helping us secure financing that was ideal for our entrepreneurial style and our rapidly growing business,” said Jill Osur, President of GoldLine Brands Inc. “Chuck Doyle and his team were smart, responsive and dedicated to delivering the capital needed to grow our business and I would highly recommend this firm for any company looking for debt financing.”
