Celtic Bank announced that Patrick Phillips has been hired as a Vice President, Business Development in the bank's SBA and Commercial Lending Department. Phillips will be based out of New Mexico and will cover markets across all 50 states.

Phillips joins Celtic Bank with over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry. His primary focus has been in SBA Lending. "I look forward to working with a talented team of professionals and to contributing to the success of Celtic Bank," said Phillips. "I am especially looking forward to the entrepreneurial environment and the pace of business activity."
