He is admitted to practice in the courts for the State of New York as well as the federal district courts for the Southern, Eastern, Western and Northern Districts of New York and in the Northern District of Texas, Northern District of Illinois, the Eastern District of Michigan. He is admitted to and has practiced before the Second, Third and Fourth Circuit courts of appeal.
Wurst serves on the Boards of Directors for the Association of Commercial Finance Attorneys, the Chamber Players International and the New York Institute of Credit. He is a member of the American Bar Association, serving on its Commercial Financial Services and Legal Opinions Committees.
