Crystal Financial agented a $68.5 million credit facility for Global Holdings, LLC, a provider of payment processing and account management services to the consumer debt settlement industry. 

The company processes over 10,000 creditor payments a day and works with over 150 debt settlement companies including all of the significant companies in the settlement industry. After founding and growing the business since 2003, management sought a long term financial partner.  The founders and management team will remain significant shareholders and active in the daily operations.

Crystal agented the senior credit facility to provide the necessary capital to complete an equity recap by New State Capital Partners, LLC.
