Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Creative Management Services, LLC (MC2), a portfolio company of Eos Partners, on its sale to MCH Group AG (MCH), a Basel, Switzerland-based live marketing company. In connection with the transaction, MC2 was represented by Bryan Cave LLP, and MCH was represented by Baker McKenzie. The transaction closed April 28, 2017.
