Houlihan Lokey, Inc. announced that Brad Hafer has joined the Strategic Consulting Group as a Director. He is based in New York and focused on the technology, media, and telecommunications sector within Strategic Consulting.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Hafer managed Minuteman Advisory Partners, an outsourced corporate development advisory firm serving technology companies and their investors. His previous experience also includes serving as a Principal with A.T. Kearney, working with multinational companies across multiple industries, and holding management positions at several software firms including SupplierMarket.com, Ariba, Synchronicity, and MatrixOne.

Hafer holds an A.B. in Engineering from Lafayette College and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
