Monticello Asset Management, LLC continued its corporate expansion by announcing the addition of 8-year U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) underwriting and origination professional Corley Audorff to its growing team.

Audorff will be located in Monticello's new Georgia office and will serve as a Director providing insight and guidance into the HUD origination and underwriting processes as well as the execution of Bridge to HUD loan refinancing.

"This added skillset creates substantial value to our borrowers by helping them achieve HUD refinancing in the most expeditious and effective manner," the company said. 

Prior to joining Monticello, Audorff served as a Senior Underwriter for HUD’s Office of Healthcare Programs as well as a Vice President at Oppenhiemer, Multifamily House and Healthcare Finance, Inc. Audorff earned a combined Juris Doctor as well as a Master of Business Administration and holds Bachelor of Arts from the University of Georgia.
