Moore, Funk, and Sheddy led an impressive multi-year run as the CEO, COO, and Chief Underwriter, respectively, of Oppenheimer & Co.’s FHA-lending division before Oppenheimer discontinued its FHA-lending operations in 2016. Under Moore’s leadership as CEO, Oppenheimer’s FHA platform routinely booked $1 billion per year in financing and serviced a $4.5 billion multifamily and healthcare portfolio, placing the group comfortably within the top 10 lenders in the sector. Together, the three principals have more than 80 years of experience in FHA financing for multifamily and healthcare loans.
Headquartered in Doylestown, PA, MHF will provide personalized financing options to owners, developers, and investors for their multifamily and healthcare properties throughout the United States. The company has received approval from the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) as a MAP and LEAN FHA-approved lender for multifamily properties and healthcare loans, including financing for hospitals, senior housing, assisted living, and skilled nursing facilities.
