Citizens Bank announced that Wit Derby and Vincent Ng have joined the Structured Finance Group at Citizens Commercial Banking.

Derby joins Citizens from FTI Consulting where he has been a Managing Director for the past eight years. A Cornell University graduate, he has more than 30 years of banking experience.

Ng joins Citizens from Wells Fargo. A University of Georgia graduate with an MBA from the University of North Carolina, he has a decade of banking and corporate experience.

Citizens’ Structured Finance Group is focused on establishing, building and maintaining relationships with senior leaders at large and mid-tier investment banks, distressed-focus private equity funds and other intermediaries to source senior secured financing opportunities greater than $20 million. The team’s experience with lead-left financings would support mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, debtor-in-possession (DIP), plan-of-reorganization (POR) and out-of-court (OOC) transactions.
