Monroe Capital LLC announced it acted as sole lead arranger and administrative agent on the funding of a senior credit facility to support the future growth of First Call Resolution, LLC (FCR).
Based in Eugene, Oregon, and with six contact centers across Oregon and Montana, FCR is the premier provider of outsourced live agent call center and business process solutions. The company provides a wide range of outsourced contact center, business process and social networking solutions to companies across most industries, ranging from high tech, to healthcare, to start-ups and new economy companies.
