BlackArch Partners, a middle-market investment bank offering a full spectrum of advisory services, announced that Adam Huitt has joined the firm as Managing Director and head of the firm’s Healthcare industry practice.
Over Huitt’s career, which includes 15 years in investment banking and corporate strategy, he has advised a wide range of private and public companies in mergers & acquisition transactions, debt and equity capital raises and valuation and strategy assignments.
Huitt has advised clients across a variety of healthcare sectors including pharmaceutical services, payor and provider services, healthcare information technology, alternate site care, managed care, pharmacy and distribution.
Prior to joining BlackArch, Huitt was a senior member of the Healthcare Investment Banking group at Wells Fargo Securities, where he focused on healthcare services for over a decade. Prior to Wells Fargo, Huitt worked in strategy and operational roles for Hewlett-Packard Company and Eaton Corporation.
Huitt earned a Master of Business Administration from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Georgia Institute of Technology. Huitt lives in Charlotte with his wife and four children.
