The firm specializes in commercial collections and maximizes account recoveries for clients. PRAL will serve corporate clients, banks, alternative lenders, turnaround firms and attorneys through a full suite of liquidation and management services.

Those services include accounts receivable liquidation, back office and accounts receivable management, consulting and expert testimony. PRAL also offers invoice verification services for financial institutions which need to ensure the invoices they are lending against are valid receivables.  The firm’s professionals leverage their deep expertise in commercial collections, commercial law, insolvencies, banking and business operations to improve client recoveries and cash flow, while reducing days sales outstanding.

Over the last thirty-five years, he has led liquidations and outsourcing projects in numerous industries for leading financial institutions. In addition, he is an expert in accounts receivable fraud as well as in the evaluation of commercial accounts receivable in a business-as-usual or wind-down scenario, and has testified as an expert witness in courts throughout the United States.
