BlackArch Partners, a middle-market investment bank, announced that P.J. Martin and Jones Pharr have been promoted to Director.

Martin has over a decade of experience in middle-market mergers and acquisitions and joined BlackArch Partners in 2014. Prior to joining BlackArch, Martin advised middle-market businesses at both Barclays and Edgeview Partners. Martin earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Davidson College and holds a Master of Business Administration with distinction from the Kenan-Flagler Business School. Martin's transaction experience includes a range of sectors including: Diversified Industrials; Building Products & Infrastructure; Aerospace, Defense & Government Services; Business and Professional Services; Automotive Aftermarket; and Energy. 

Pharr has over a decade of experience in investment banking and capital markets advisory services and joined BlackArch Partners in 2012. Prior to joining BlackArch, Pharr was a Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he led day-to-day execution of M&A and strategic advisory assignments.  Pharr earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he graduated with highest distinction. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from the Fuqua School of Business. Pharr's transaction experience includes a range of sectors including: Diversified Industrials; Building Products & Infrastructure; Distribution; Aerospace, Defense & Government Services; Applied Technology; and Real Estate.
