BerganKDV and Alliance Management, located in Minneapolis, Minn., have merged together. This partnership brings together two leading professional services firms whose primary mission is to help clients find solutions to their complex business, financial and technology challenges. As a result of the merger, Alliance Management is now Alliance Management, A BerganKDV Company.

The merger offers deepened bench strength and expertise for both BerganKDV and Alliance Management. For BerganKDV, what’s known as Turnaround Management—the evaluation and revitalizing distressed companies as these companies work their way back to profitability—will be a unique value add. Alliance Management will gain access to assurance and accounting, technology, wealth management, valuation services, due diligence support and forensic accounting solutions.
