Ring Energy, Inc. entered into an amendment to its credit agreement dated July 1, 2014 with SunTrust Bank, as lender, issuing bank and administrative agent for several banks and other financial institutions and lenders. The Amendment, among other things, increased the borrowing base to $175,000,000 until the next scheduled redetermination or adjustment thereof pursuant to the Credit Facility.
