White Oak Healthcare Finance, LLC, an affiliate of White Oak Global Advisors, LLC, announced that healthcare industry veteran Peter Zone has joined the team as a Director. Zone will focus on supporting the expansion of their business development efforts across specialized healthcare subsectors.

Zone has over 18 years of experience in corporate finance, including 12 years focused exclusively in healthcare, where he managed and contributed to deal teams instrumental in the closing of over 100 debt transactions investing over $5 billion of capital. Zone has held a broad range of roles where he has developed deep expertise in the origination, structuring, underwriting, and execution of various loan products across the capital structure. 

Prior to joining White Oak, Zone served as a Senior Vice President in the healthcare leveraged finance at GE Capital Healthcare Financial Services, and as a Senior Investment Analyst in the corporate finance group at John Hancock Financial Services.

Zone’s experience includes investments in key healthcare segments such as pharmaceuticals & outsourced services, medical devices & technology, acute & post-acute healthcare services, and alternate site delivery.
