Provident Commercial Finance announced the addtion of Michael C. Bagley, as Executive Partner to the firm and leadership team. Bagley will assist strategically with implementing the firm's mission of providing working capital to partner companies through an exclusive consultative model. Bagley joins founder and partner, Talley Clower, in overseeing the operations, marketing, sales and product development for Provident Commercial Finance.

Bagley has more than 28 years of experience in the banking & finance industry including commercial business development, portfolio management and operations. Before joining Provident, he served 13 years as Vice President in the asset-based lending industry with Action Capital Corporation and Triumph Business Capital providing portfolio management and business development. He served 15 years in commercial and retail banking with SunTrust, Fidelity National and BB&T banks performing new business development, operational leadership and client focused roles.

Bagley  studied business at Georgia State University, Atlanta, and has been an entrepreneur and founder of a restoration construction company and a residential real estate firm. He is founder and sits on the board of directors of Strong Tower Family Ministries, Inc., a faith-based non-profit focused on serving children in dangerous situations.
