Radius Bank Appoints Chief Financial Officer, Promotes New Chief Risk Officer

Radius Bank announced the appointment of Mike Lenahan as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and the promotion of Mark Francesconi to Executive Vice President/Chief Risk Officer (CRO).

Lenahan, Radius Bank's new Chief Financial Officer, brings more than 24 years of finance experience to the organization. He has served in senior leadership roles at Investors Financial Services Corporation, State Street Corporation, and most recently as an Executive Director in the Corporate and Investment Bank at JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. In his new role, Lenahan will be responsible for managing all financial and residential portfolio operations for the Bank.

With over 26 years of finance and risk management experience, previous Senior Vice President within the Bank's Equipment Finance division, Mark Francesconi was promoted to Executive Vice President / Chief Risk Officer. In his new role, Francesconi will be responsible for the Bank's overall risk management and credit operations, including overseeing its risk identification and mitigation activities. Prior to joining Radius, Francesconi served in various senior leadership and strategic roles at Bank of America, TD Bank and NewStar Financial.

Lenahan and Francesconi will both operate out of Radius Bank's headquarters in the Seaport District in Boston, MA.
