Houlihan Lokey, a global investment bank, announced that Jonathan Harrison has joined the firm as a Managing Director in the Business Services Group. He is based in London.
Harrison brings with him over 20 years of sector coverage and extensive deal experience joining from Robert W. Baird, where over the last decade he has been instrumental in creating and leading a preeminent business services practice in Europe. Prior to Baird, Harrison led the Business Services investment banking sector activities for Deutsche Bank in EMEA.
“The success and growth of our Business Services Group over the past few years have been driven by bankers with a strong teamwork ethos, deep industry relationships, and an unwavering commitment to client service, qualities which Jonathan possesses in abundance,” said Larry DeAngelo, Head of Business Services. “It is these qualities, along with his breadth of international experience in numerous subsectors and both buyside and sellside mandates, that make Jonathan an outstanding addition to the group. We’re delighted that he has decided to join Houlihan Lokey,” he added.
“Houlihan Lokey’s clear ambition, commitment to grow across Europe, breadth of financial sponsor coverage, superior financing advisory capabilities and its dedication to building the absolute best sector teams in investment banking are just a few of the factors that attracted me to join the firm. I’m incredibly excited to become part of an exceptional team and to begin contributing to the fantastic momentum the firm is enjoying,” said Mr. Harrison.
“Houlihan Lokey’s corporate culture is characterized in part by a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the preeminence of intellectual capital in achieving superior results for our clients, both of which have been instrumental in the success of our Corporate Finance business,” said Matteo Manfredi, Co-Head of Corporate Finance, Europe. “Jonathan’s prior experience and track record of success demonstrate that he embodies these characteristics and will doubtless contribute to the continued growth and success of the firm,” he continued.
Harrison holds a BA in Economics from the University of Sussex and an MPhil in Finance from the University of Cambridge.
