Access Capital has closed a transaction with ProspeX Digital, LLC, a company that provides lead generation and call center services for education recruitment. 

The Red Bank, New Jersey based company is owned by three partners; entrepreneurs who are all veterans in lead generation for higher education.  The formation of ProspeX Digital is the result of a recent acquisition made by the partners.  

Access Capital provided a working capital facility in order to support the projected revenue growth of ProspeX Digital, LLC.
