Chiron Financial announced the hiring of Lauren O'Leary to support the firm's continued growth. O'Leary joins the firm as Director, Business Development, and is responsible for co-leading growth efforts with firm industry and line of business leaders and developing a robust pipeline for long-term growth. She will be based in the firm's New York office.
 
O'Leary has over 20 years of senior level sales, investor relations and client management experience with investment banking and consulting firms. Prior to joining Chiron Financial, O'Leary founded a consulting firm that assisted finance and technology companies with strategic organic and acquisition growth strategies. She previously guided investor relations and client management for Dahlman Rose & Co., an energy, transportation and infrastructure-focused investment banking firm and was a partner with global capital markets investment bank Cantor Fitzgerald.
 
In addition, Chiron announced the hiring of Edward Gautier-Winther as an Associate. Gautier-Winther brings significant investment, fundraising and transactional experience as well as experience across broad industry sectors, including aerospace and defense, business services and human capital staffing sectors.
