January 08, 2019, 08:00 AM

CBIZ CMF announced the promotion of Clare Yuritch, CPA and Tripp McLeod, CPA to Managing Directors at CBIZ CMF, the private equity, transaction and transition advisory division of CBIZ, Inc. These promotions mark a significant accomplishment in the professional careers of Yuritch and McLeod, both of whom have demonstrated substantial leadership, expertise and value creation for our clients.

Since joining the firm in 2014, Yuritch has held positions as Principal, Director, and Senior Director in our consulting and advisory practice. She has provided industry-leading services on complex client engagements and contributed significantly to the growth of the firm through a passion for quality, client service, and talent development. Additionally, Yuritch has been a key leader in several strategic initiatives, including the creation of important learning and development tools as CBIZ CMF develops world-class, advisory specific training for consultants working in the middle market. As a Managing Director, Yuritch will lead our Office of the CFO service line and continue to support our strategic and growth initiatives. Yuritch is based in CBIZ CMF’s Philadelphia office and started her career at PwC in the audit practice.

“Clare exhibits all of the tangible and intangible qualities of a Managing Director. She is a standard setting professional and we congratulate her on her ongoing and future successes," said Thomas Bonney, Senior Managing Director at CBIZ CMF.

Since joining the firm in 2012, McLeod has held positions as Manager, Director, and Senior Director in the Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice, providing substantial technical expertise and client service in the timesensitive world of buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence. Additionally, McLeod has been instrumental in enhancing the processes and quality of our TAS services by leading and managing key client relationships and working to develop our talent to provide increasing value to clients. As a Managing Director, Tripp will lead quality and delivery services across many key private equity client relationships and play a primary role in the operational management of the TAS practice. McLeod is based in CBIZ CMF’s Denver office and started his career at EY in the audit practice.

“Tripp is a natural leader and his efforts both internal and external to the TAS practice have contributed significantly to our growth,” said Patrick Martin, Managing Director/Co-Leader Transaction Advisory Services at CBIZ CMF.
