Robert E. Paulsen, SVP and Senior Lending Officer of UniBank, recently announced that Stephen A. Spinney has joined the bank as Vice President of Commercial Banking. In this role, Spinney is responsible for commercial banking market growth and growing existing commercial banking relationships.
Spinney has 15 years of experience in banking and financial services having worked most recently at Citizens Bank. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Syracuse University and a Professional Certification in Commercial Lending from the New England College of Business and Finance.
