Tree Line Capital Partners, LLC, (Tree Line) announced the expansion of its lower middle-market direct lending platform with the addition of approximately $800 million of new debt and equity commitments. The new capital commitments have provided Tree Line with additional dry powder to continue to provide senior secured financing solutions to lower middle-market borrowers and sponsors.
Tree Line now manages over $1.2 billion in private capital and directly lends to lower middle-market companies with between $3 million and $30 million in EBITDA in transactions up to $150 million. Since October 2014, Tree Line has committed over $1 billion in direct loans and has established a significant presence as a dedicated direct lender to lower middle-market companies.
Tree Line also continues to invest in its team and expand its reach into the lower middle-market. The company added three investment professionals in 2018 and is seeking to add four investment and operations professionals in 2019.

- In November 2018, Tree Line served as the Administrative Agent of a senior secured credit facility to support acquisition financing for Pumpman, a portfolio company of Soundcore Capital Partners. The company is a national provider of on-site services, repair and maintenances for pumps in the commercial, industrial and municipal markets.
- In December 2018, Tree Line served as the Administrative Agent of a senior secured credit facility for Huron Capital’ s acquisition of WD Lab Grown Diamonds and provided an equity co-investment. The company utilizes industry-leading materials science technology and is a leading producer of premium lab-grown diamonds.
- In January 2019, Tree Line acted as the lead arranger and provided the last-out tranche of a senior secured credit facility for Flex Technology Group’s acquisition of Shamrock Office Solutions and Century Business Services; Tree Line also provided an equity co-investment. Owned by Oval Partners, the company is a national provider of managed print services across a diverse array of industries.
