AlixPartners, a global consulting firm, announced that Stephen Dyer has joined as a Managing Director in the firm’s Shanghai office. He will focus on helping Chinese companies develop growth strategies and transformation programs across industries, including automotive, manufacturing, industrial goods and technology.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Dyer was with Ford Motor Company based in Shanghai, where he was Vice President for Business Strategy in Asia Pacific. Prior to that, he was a Partner with Bain & Company and A.T. Kearney, also in Shanghai. During his industry and career, Dyer directed the development of new business strategy, including electric, autonomous and digital connected vehicles and smart mobility, and traditional business strategy and operational transformation.
Dyer holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical, Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
