Mr. Newman’s vast experience adds significant bankruptcy depth to what is already one of the most robust restructuring boutique practices in the United States. 

Mr. Newman has extensive experience handling reorganizations, in-court and out-of-court loan workouts, liquidations, assignments for the benefit of creditors, and various other matters involving financial distress. He has served as bankruptcy trustee in numerous significant cases and is a member of the Private Panel of Trustees for the U.S. Bankruptcy
Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He is also the author of several articles and is a frequent speaker on insolvency, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights topics for a variety of business and professional groups.
