BlackArch Partners, a prominent middle-market investment bank, is pleased to announce that Andy Wright has joined the firm as Vice President.

Mr. Wright has eight years of experience executing middle-market investment banking transactions, including sellside and buyside mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments.

Mr. Wright's transaction experience includes a range of sectors, including: Consumer & Retail; Food, Beverage & Agribusiness; Diversified Industrials; Building Products & Infrastructure; Distribution; and Business & Professional Services. Prior to joining BlackArch, Mr. Wright was a Vice President in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Wells Fargo Securities, where he primarily focused on middle-market sellside transactions.

Mr. Wright earned a bachelor of arts degree from Davidson College and a master’s degree in business administration, with a concentration in finance, from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina.
