Monticello Asset Management, LLC, a specialized private real estate and asset-based lender, servicer and manager providing innovative capital solutions, today announced that Kim Gordon has been appointed as Managing Director – Working Capital.
Gordon brings over 30 years of commercial lending experience including asset-based lending, with a focus on the healthcare industry, and will help strengthen Monticello’s working capital and asset-based lending offerings.

Gordon was most recently a Senior vice President and Senior Credit Administrator at Opus Bank. Ms. Gordon was responsible for all facets of credit oversight for the healthcare lending, structured asset-based lending, and lender finance within the commercial banking group. Ms. Gordon also worked as Senior Vice President, Director of Credit at Monroe Capital, LLC where she helped develop a middle market healthcare lending company specializing in revolving lines of credit and term loans. Before joining Monroe Capital, LLC, Ms. Gordon acted as Deputy Chief Credit Officer for Ridgestone Bank, Chief Credit Officer for Bridge Finance Group, Inc. and VP of Credit/Portfolio at FINOVA Capital Corporation. Ms. Gordon received her BS in Finance from University of Illinois – College of Commerce and Business Administration. She is also a member of the Commercial Finance Association and the Turnaround Management Association.
