The law firm of Reger Rizzo & Darnall announced that Evan Rassman, Esq. joined the Firm's Commercial Real Estate and Commercial Finance Groups. Mr. Rassman regularly represents real estate developers, investors, banks, retail tenants, and other stakeholders in a variety of complex commercial real estate transactions, including project financing, joint ventures, acquisitions and sales, real estate lending, commercial leasing, open space turnovers, workouts, and restructurings.

Mr. Rassman's practice also involves working with public and private companies, debt and equity investors, and banks advising on capital structure and finance, mergers and acquisitions, article 9 sales, entity formation, and private placements. He is also experienced in the disposition of distressed debt, advising on distressed asset purchases, claims trading, and other transactions involving troubled companies.
