Thomas M. Kirkpatrick and Edward J. Sanz, turnaround professionals at the Greensboro-based turnaround management firm Anderson Bauman Tourtellot Vos, have been named shareholders of the firm. As part of this designation, Kirkpatrick and Sanz now each hold the titles of executive vice president and principal.
Kirkpatrick is a Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP) and is an active member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA).
Sanz holds Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designations. He is a member of the TMA, CFA Institute, CFA North Carolina Society, the Corporate Finance Association and the Association for Corporate Growth.
