Ares Commercial Finance announced that it has provided a $17.3 million senior secured credit facility to Cox Interior, Inc. comprised of a revolving line of credit and a term loan secured by real estate, machinery and equipment.  Proceeds from the financing were used to refinance the company’s debt and to provide for ongoing working capital needs.

Cox Interior, Inc., headquartered in Campbellsville, Kentucky, is a manufacturer and distributor of milled building products using hardwoods such as poplar, oak and cherry. Products include moldings, interior and exterior hardwood doors, mantels, stair parts and systems, custom trim and custom millwork that are used in new home construction, repair and remodeling.
