Getzler Henrich & Associates announced the promotions of Luke Andrews, to Director, and Charvi Gupta, to Associate Director. Both are based in the firm's New York headquarters.

Andrews joined the firm in 2015, with experience in financial modeling, research, and data analyses, as well as both quantitative and qualitative evaluations of investment opportunity, performance, and risk. His proficiency in multiple programming languages and modeling, coupled with his dedication to his clients has enabled him to make significant contributions to the firm, especially in our health care practice and we are pleased to recognize them with his promotion.

Gupta joined Getzler Henrich in 2018, with over five years of experience across M&A and restructuring, where she was deeply involved in due diligence, transaction execution, financial modeling and data driven analysis. She had worked extensively in healthcare, consumer, retail and infrastructure sectors, and, since joining the firm, has continued her work across many sectors.
