Brown Gibbons Lang & Company announced the recapitalization of AIMS Companies ("AIMS") by Sterling Investment Partners ("Sterling") along with AIMS' founder and CEO, Chris Mihaletos, and its senior management team. Sterling is a leading middle market private equity firm focused on value-added business services and distribution investments. BGL's Environmental & Industrial Services Group served as the financial advisor to AIMS in the transaction. The specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
