Chiron Financial LLC served as the exclusive financial advisor and placement agent for Dominion Group and Cape Quarry in Louisiana Eastern Bankruptcy Court and arranged a working capital DIP loan.

Dominion and Cape Quarry are in the basic materials business providing quarried limestone for construction and infrastructure projects. The Company has 211,750,000 tons in reserves of the highest quality limestone with a production capacity in excess of 1.5 million tons per year. Limestone products are transported by barge from the quarry location on the Mississippi River in southern Missouri to the Louisiana Gulf Coast.

Chiron is currently negotiating a plan of reorganization which includes either a recapitalization of the Company or a sale of its assets. Chiron team members included Managing Director Todd Hass and Associate Johann Bösch-Salcedo.
