FTI Consulting, Inc. announced the appointment of Kieran Douglas as a Managing Director in the firm’s Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment in London. 

Mr Douglas joins FTI Consulting with over 15 years of oil and gas experience in corporate finance, M&A, structured finance and risk management, with deals experience particularly focussed around event-driven financing and capital raising. He also has extensive experience in upstream project finance, leveraged finance and debt capital markets.

Mr Douglas has a track record of leading high-profile financing and restructuring transactions involving multiple stakeholder groups and across the energy value chain. He joins FTI Consulting following seven years at DNB Bank, having previously held roles at Lloyds Bank, including in Natural Resources Origination and as an Energy & Commodities Credit Analyst.

At FTI Consulting, Mr Douglas will continue to focus on oil and gas distressed situations. He further enhances FTI Consulting’s position as a market leader in restructuring and financial advisory across Europe.
