Chiron Financial announced that it has promoted three individuals in its private equity and debt placement business.
Johann Bösch-Salcedo was named vice president. He is responsible for supporting the solicitation and execution of financing, sale, and financial advisory assignments, including review and analysis of the client’s business, preparation of marketing materials, managing contacts and dialogue with prospective investors and buyers, and oversight of documentation leading to closing.
Prior to joining Chiron, he held several positions of increasing responsibility with Bank of New York Mellon’s Financial Institutions Group. Most recently as an Associate, he managed ten portfolios on the ABS Market valuing over $2 billion for some of the largest global investment management corporations and led a team of senior analysts. As a senior analyst, he produced complex financial models on portfolio performance, helping to drive business through dedicated client service. In addition, he created reports designed to detail compliance with indentures, covenants, and credit agreements among other risk parameters for a client’s institutional investors. As an analyst, he constructed cash flow models and performed due diligence on underlying securities detailing credit profiles, debt schedules, and interest rates on various CDOs, hedge funds, multi-currency deals, and SPVs. He also developed an automated tool to decrease time spent submitting high volume trades, resulted in millions of dollars in cost savings. He is fluent in Spanish.
Edward Gautier-Winther was appointed vice president. He is responsible for supporting the solicitation and execution of financing, sale, and financial advisory assignments, including review and analysis of the client’s business, preparation of marketing materials, managing contacts and dialogue with prospective investors and buyers, and oversight of documentation leading to closing.
Prior to joining Chiron, Mr. Gautier-Winther was a Senior Associate with Union Capital Associates L.P. in the Greater New York area. He was responsible for deal sourcing and review, modeling, analyzing returns and onboarding new portfolio companies. While there he closed several acquisition deals, including Resource Employment Solutions and Phoenix Fabricators & Erectors, Inc. He also worked as an Associate at Arrowhead Investment Management helping source and analyze new investment opportunities while working on operational improvements at existing portfolio companies. Previously, he was an M&A Investment Banking Analyst at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. He is proficient in French.
Thomasc Delahaye was named Associate, Europe. He is responsible for supporting the solicitation and execution of financing, sale, and financial advisory assignments, including review and analysis of the client’s business, preparation of marketing materials, managing contacts and dialogue with prospective investors and buyers, and oversight of documentation leading to closing.
Prior to joining Chiron Financial, Mr. Delahaye was an M&A Analyst Intern at two prestigious French organizations, Clearwater International and Société Générale CIB. Working in the healthcare and aeronautics sectors, he gained valuable industry insight as he managed and coordinated potential investor pitches, prepared marketing documents and presentations, and contributed to business valuations and business plan models. Previously, he worked as a Private Equity Analyst Intern at Alandia, where he participated in the investment and recovery of Continentale Nutrition, a €130 million turnover company. In addition, he is proficient in French, English and Spanish.
