Pathlight Capital announced the appointment of Steven Migliero, Jr. as Chief Operating Officer. In his role as COO, Migliero will be sourcing and underwriting 1st and 2nd lien financing solutions for companies operating in a variety of industries and will join Pathlight’s investment committee.

Prior to joining Pathlight, Mr. Migliero spent 14 years at Crystal Financial, where he most recently served as Co-CEO. His team successfully invested and managed a portfolio of over $600 million of directly originated secured debt transactions. Prior to joining Crystal, Mr. Migliero spent 10 years at GE Capital, where he served as a Senior Vice President responsible for originating and structuring secured debt investments for sponsor-backed companies.
