Essex Capital Group announced that the firm recently arranged the initial capitalization for a new $7,500,000 medical office development located in Denville, NJ.
As a part of the transaction, Essex was successful in arranging both the debt and equity to fund the acquisition of the existing property and finance the buildout of a new, state-of-the-art medical clinic that will be leased on a long term basis by CAN Community Health, Inc ("CAN").
CAN is a private, not-for-profit organization dedicated to the treatment, care and continual wellness of people living with HIV and other infectious diseases. This new project will allow CAN to expand its service offering for patients in the northern New Jersey area.
Essex Capital acted as the exclusive financial advisor for the investor group in this transaction.
