MONTICELLOAM, LLC and its affiliates has provided a $1.25 million working capital loan to the operating company of one skilled nursing facility totaling 181 beds in Pennsylvania. The financing is provided by Monticello’s asset-based lending group, Monticello Commercial Capital, LLC.
The transaction’s sponsor is an experienced owner and operator with a current portfolio of 3,566 licensed beds and has an established relationship with Monticello. Prior to this deal, Monticello financed the acquisition of several facilities throughout 2017-2019 for the sponsor.
