Tree Line Capital Partners, LLC (“Tree Line”), a direct lender focused on the lower middle market, provided a first lien credit facility to support Longshore Capital Partners’ (“Longshore”) acquisition of Gen3 Marketing, LLC.
Founded in 2007, Gen3 is a Pennsylvania-based marketing agency that provides digital marketing services, including pay-per-click, search engine optimization, social media, and other digital marketing campaigns. Leveraging nearly two decades of digital marketing acumen, relationship management expertise, and data-driven capabilities, Gen3 partners with clients to build and implement online business strategies that yield personalized, measurable results.
