BMO Harris Bank’s Sponsor Finance group announced it was joint lead arranger, joint bookrunner and is administrative agent for $77.2 million in senior credit facilities to Genoa Healthcare Holdings, LLC, a Beecken Petty O’Keefe portfolio company.
Genoa is the largest specialty pharmacy operator in the U.S. focused exclusively on serving the mental health community. The company currently operates 106 pharmacies in 26 states, serves over 50 thousand patients each month, and fills over 2 million prescriptions annually.
