GE Antares, a unit of GE Capital, is serving as administrative agent for a $89.5 million senior credit facility to support Greenbriar Equity Group’s acquisition of EDAC Technologies Corporation. GE Capital Markets acted as joint lead arranger and sole bookrunner.

EDAC is a United States-based company with headquarters in Cheshire, Connecticut. It has six diversified divisions in southern New England.

EDAC Technologies is a diversified manufacturer of precision machined components, and supplier of tooling, spindle manufacturing and machine repair services, primarily for gas turbine engine applications in the commercial aerospace, military and industrial markets.
Greenbriar Equity Group LLC, a private equity firm with $1.5 billion of committed capital, focuses exclusively on the global transportation industry, including companies in aerospace and defense, automotive, freight and passenger transport, logistics and distribution, and related sectors.
