John G. McGraw has joined Access Capital as Senior Vice President, responsible for new business origination and business development. 

Prior to Access Capital, McGraw spent almost 20 years at Sterling Payroll Finance (a division of Sterling National Bank) and its predecessors, rising to the level of Group Vice President.  He led a sales team that provided staffing companies with growth capital and business processing services. His expertise ranges from marketing and leadership to strategic planning and operations.
