Lighthouse Financial added Andy Graziano to the team as Vice President, Business Development covering the Southeast region including Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama and Florida. Graziano's primary responsibilities will include the marketing of Lighthouse's product offerings and origination of new asset-based loan opportunities.

Graziano is an industry veteran with nearly seven years of experience in asset-based lending and commercial finance most recently as a Corporate ABL Banker with Synovus Bank. Earlier in his career, Mr. Graziano worked with Wells Fargo-Supply Chain Finance and GE Capital in business development roles. Prior to these roles, Mr. Graziano worked as a certified lean six sigma blackbelt with GE Power and Water. Mr. Graziano holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Science in Civil Engineering from Villanova University.
