White Oak Commercial Finance's Government Contracting Finance arm provided a $3 million asset-based lending facility to a certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) that distributes and installs specialty building products in the Northeast U.S.
The facility was secured by the firm’s accounts receivable and inventory, and the funding will be used for working capital and growth.
“White Oak proudly supports the growth and longevity of women-owned businesses with creative and timely funding solutions, and we are thrilled that we could serve such an esteemed WBE certified by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council,” said White Oak’s Head of Government Contract Financing, Kysha Pierre-Louis.
A Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) is an independent business concern that is at least 51% owned and controlled by one or more women who are U.S. citizens or Legal Resident Aliens; whose business formation and principal place of business are in the U.S. or its territories; and whose management and daily operation is controlled by a woman with industry expertise.
White Oak is dedicated to helping a diverse array of companies, like WBE’s, make the most of their assets with flexible and reliable financing and provides them with the deep suite of products, industry expertise and ready capital they need to invest in growth.
