Podgainy is joining moderator Nicholas J. Zluticky (Stinson LLP) and fellow panelists David M. Neff (Perkins Coie LLP), Dawn M. Cica (Carlyon Cica Chtd.), and Scott S. Markowitz (Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP), to provide insight and perspective regarding the challenges facing the hotel industry and possible solutions available to parties-in-interest.
Podgainy is a managing director in the New York office of Getzler Henrich & Associates, and has more than 20 years of experience working with healthy, underperforming and distressed middle market businesses, both as an advisor and as a member of the management team. He has a master’s degree in business administration from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
