Haversine Funding announced the hiring of Andrew Bae as senior director of underwriting and portfolio management. Bae, who has 20 years of experience in the industry, will be responsible for underwriting, asset management, credit policy and overall portfolio performance.

Bae brings nearly 20 years of commercial finance and asset-based lending experience at both banks and non-regulated lenders. Previously, Bae focused on ABL origination with White Oak Commercial Finance. He also held business development and portfolio management roles at ExWorks Capital, NBH Capital Finance, Regions Business Capital, and PNC Business Credit. Bae began his career at Citi where he completed the bank’s formal credit training. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Rutgers University and a master’s degree in international business from Seton Hall University.
