J.P. Morgan Commercial Banking named Matt Sable as the new Head of Financial Institutions Group (FIG) within its Corporate Client Banking & Specialized Industries (CCBSI) business. In this role, Sable will lead Commercial Banking’s industry-leading FIG team, which supports clients across mortgage finance, banks, insurance and diversified finance.

For the past five years, Sable has proven his leadership capabilities as the Head of Strategy for Commercial Banking, helping shape overall strategic priorities within the business. A 20-year veteran of the firm, Sable was previously a FIG banker and Co-Head of Specialty Finance and Alternative Asset Management within J.P. Morgan’s Corporate & Investment Bank.
