B. Riley Financial announced that Nick Disimile has joined B. Riley Advisory Services as Director of Business Development supporting the Southwest region.

He joins B. Riley from J.P. Morgan’s asset-based lending group where he served as Vice President of Originations responsible for sourcing credit facilities and financing solutions ranging from $5 million to $100 million.

Working closely with David Seiden who oversees the Southeast and Southwest regions for B. Riley, Disimile will be focused on supporting and expanding the firm’s relationships with lenders and private equity firms in Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and parts of Texas.

Disimile earned a B.A. from Loyola University Maryland and is based in Dallas.
