Dechert LLP announced that Ani Ravi has joined the firm’s global finance practice as a partner based in New York.

Mr. Ravi’s practice focuses on leveraged finance and debt capital markets. He has significant experience advising investment banks, institutional investors and commercial banks on a wide range of public and private transactions. He also has broad experience executing high yield transactions on both the bank and issuer side, as well as traditional bank lending for top financial institutions and sponsor acquisition financing. Mr. Ravi received a J.D. from Harvard Law School, cum laude, and a B.A. from Columbia University.
